Ground Floor Coffee Co (GFCC) is a small batch roastery bringing fair trade organic beans as an offering. ‘Stay Grounded.’
History
With an incorporation date of May 17, 2019, GFCC is four years in the making. Plans were subverted March of 2020 just two weeks before demo. Renovations started this past September and Opening day is expected this June 22, 2023.
About Us
Husband and wife owners and roasters aren’t new to owning a business together. They currently run three Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinics around southeastern MA. In addition, they had a preschool for five years that did not reopen during the pandemic. This venture has merged their passion for coffee, with their personal mantra to serve others. All three of their boys have been involved with the creation of the company, and will be sighted working boh and foh.
Vision
A place where everyone feels welcomed, comfortable, and accepted. Individuals new to the work force will be given the opportunity to gain experience in a welcoming place. Both in foods and in beverages, Ground Floor Coffee Co is working towards sustainably sourced choices that will lessen the burden on the environment. This goal in mind to shift towards preservation of the Earth for our kids and theirs.
Mission
With each year we’re roasting and brewing we try to lessen our carbon footprint, increase awareness for environmental sustainability, as well as social sustainability. GFCC will fundraise for non-profit organizations that hold similar missions. This will rotate each month based on local and National campaigns.
